My sister’s only child, Gavin, was running around the kitchen at 10 pm tonight. His Dad was trying to get him to head to bed and he said,
“I know, Dad. It’s just that there’s so much kids to play with.”
It’s true. There are. A lot of kids of around here.

Jody, this is what warmed my heart about your moving back to CO, your children will have another set of grandparents (aunts and uncles) speaking into their young lives and your kiddos will know their cousins….great times….precious, i love it!!!

and if we get to bump into you guys when we’re through there, that’s precisely what my son will be doing and saying for the following 6 days.
“but mom, there were so many kids. why can’t we have so many kids?!”
they would really like to have so much kids =)
and my daughter would likely quote, with wonder and joy and a hopeful solicitation for a promise-to-number-match from us,
“but mom, there are so much kids.”
i think three times a week they beg us for “6 more kids”.
come to think of it, if we see you guys i’ll have to make sure to check the back seat to make sure they have not assigned themselves a new home.
