We’re buying Water today for people like me…who need to be set free from the hold that my resources have on me. People like me who need to be reminded that the world is bigger than my picket fences. For people like me who need to see beyond myself, to allow my heart to break, and my hands to move.

That’s why.

We’re buying Water today.

It’s the first gift of the season.

Hi Jody,

I’m planning to send everyone I know (via email) to this page, but as far as I can tell, the direct link to donate $10 through PayPal is not working. Maybe it’s my computer?

Thanks…Shannon from Snohomish

Jody – you have moved me in the work that you do for our God. I’ve never felt so good as to give $$’s today… The pictures of those beautiful children that you posted, the eyes that stare back from the screen. You made it real for me today. Thank you!

Hi Jody
So happy to give this morning! By the way, I used paypal and it worked fine for me.

Jen 11/13/2009 at 9:27 am

$10 from each member of my family is on its way. (The Paypal link worked for me, too, must be fixed.)
Hang in there, this is worth it!

Even Avi gave this morning! Over thirty percent of all he has (OK – it was a dollar). :) We’re excited for water around here today!

Blogged it! Facebooked it! Gave!
To God be the glory!

Angela 11/15/2009 at 4:25 pm

I was a day late and a dollar short… or…2 days late, and not any dollars short. :) ,
blogged it, fb’ed it, gave it, praying for it! :)
Let’s change the world.

And…if you know any one who wants to buy and Stampin’ Up products, send them my way. I’m selling it so that I can give 100% of the profits to charity!

I am a first time reader of your blog but I love this charity! I signed up this year and gave up my birthday, you too can do a campaign and you can look at your total on there. Mine is http://www.mycharitywater.org/supersara1720 and you can make one just like it and donate or have others donate for christmas and make it a gift, birthday, church idea, whatever you like but I thought you might like to know that you can start your own campaign :)
