Spend some time this weekend prepping Zeke to be Star of the Week at school.

With a not-so-easy to explain history, I always get nervous that I’m totally messing this up.

Hoping there is grace to cover my mistakes and that in the end he understands what a great kid he is.

(And seriously—Walgreens one-hour photo collage–my best Star of the Week Mommy tip.)

One Response to star.

It might make you to feel better to remember that the kids with unusual histories usually are more glamorous and admired by their classmates. A high schooler in our church was just adopted from the Ukraine this summer, and he is basically a rock star in his brand new school. The scary words, and the hard to understand words, are mostly lost on little kids. Otherwise, how would they ever stomach any Disney movie, ever?

    Love the collage.
