Lunches were packed (I’m a bit rusty…that’s going to take me a while).
Backpacks loaded with all my homework/paperwork from Back to School night.
Final instructions were given.
Eye rolls were absorbed.

But real quickly before they loaded in, I did get this….

I love them.
They are such great kids.
All so messed up.
But so great.
They are off….

Suddenly Quincy looks way old.
Wow – such a great bunch of kids – you and Andy do good work – and what kid isn’t messed up from time to time – it’s a right of passage, I think. It’s too cliche’ – but I can’t believe how big they seem to have grown overnight. Blessings on your school year, kids – make it a great one!
